The right to cancel the purchase, return of goods

The customer has the right to report the cancellation of the contract to the company (to the contact e-mail: info@eksit.si) within 15 days of the receipt of the goods, without having to state a reason for his/her decision. The only expense of the customer in case of the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than 10 days from the filed notice of cancellation of the contract (purchase). Received goods must be returned undamaged, in original packaging and in the same amount, unless if the items are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity is reduced, without the fault of the costumer. Payment refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 days of the receipt of the returned products, namely in the amount of the attached invoice minus the delivery costs. Payment refunds are performed to the bank account of the customer. The return of the received goods to the company within the cancellation period is considered as a notice of the contract cancellation. Refunds are not possible if the customer removed the original packaging.

Complaints

After 15 days of the purchase, the product can not be returned without a valid reason. If the reason for the return is product complaint, the customer must first send a notice of complaint to the e-mail address: info@eksit.si. He/she must attach a scanned invoice showing that the purchase was made via the online store. Eksit ADV, d.o.o. confirms the receipt of the complaint and communicates the entire reclamation process in no more than five days after the written notice of the customer.
